The League’s Two Undeafeated Giants Clash in a Championship Rematch Series

The stage is set for an electrifying series as the Billings Outlaws gear up for back-to-back showdowns against the Albany Firebirds — two of the league’s powerhouses, both undefeated, both hungry for glory.  

The first clash kicks off on April 13th in Albany, NY, a highly anticipated rematch of last year’s championship game. Fans won’t miss a moment of the action, with live coverage streaming on Vice TV, and a Billings Watch Party hosted at Red Door starting at 4:30 PM MST.  

The following week, the intensity cranks even higher as the Outlaws return home for their Home Opener on April 20th in Billings, Montana, once again live on Vice TV.  

This series carries heavy stakes. The Albany Firebirds, still feeling the sting of their 2024 campaign, are out for redemption. Last season, Albany fell twice to the Outlaws — once in a heart-pounding regular season battle in Billings (36-35), and again on the biggest stage of all, the championship game in New Jersey (46-41).  

This weekend’s opening game is more than just a matchup — it’s a championship rematch with pride on the line. With the Firebirds holding home field advantage, they’ll be looking to turn the tide and protect their flawless 3-0 record in the 2025 season.  

But the Outlaws, sitting at an equally impressive 2-0, have their sights set on repeating history. Led by Head Coach Cedric Walker, who steered the team to championship glory last year, Billings is poised to defend their dominance and seize control at the top of the standings.
